I found this storage facility online. Everything went a smooth as a move can go. The customer service couldn't have been better. I will recommend this facility to anyone I know, who needs storage.
The owner (part owner) was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to charge me an additional $30 for a service fee, despite the confirmation documentation. :(
Great Value
Due to the fact that this storage company was the cheapest in my area, I did not expect the positive experience. I priced up to 3 companies and did not reserve any online. I went to this company first since their pricing was the lowest. When I asked them about the online pricing, they honored it on the spot. I did not expect that. Being in customer service I really appreciated the no hassle approach of this business.
