Professionally run and easy access makes this place a winner.

I am a professional drummer, but live in an apartment, so it is vital I have a storage place to house my gear. I have had many over the years, but this is one of the better ones I’ve had yet. It is easily accessible from the highway that I use most often. The space feels very secure, while still being easy to enter and move around in. It is a clean, well lit, and perfectly functional space that fulfills me needs nicely. Perhaps most importantly, the rates are reasonable. The office staff was welcoming and helpful as well. All in all, I would recommend this place if you’re in need of quality, affordable storage space.

SAFE AND FRIENDLY

Upon arriving at Uncle Bob's storage I was surprised at the cleanliness of the facility. Throughout the office and and actual storage units themselves, they are in tip top shape.

Average, service okay

The pricing was a bit high. I explained to the person helping me that I had a muscle disorder, and needed some assistance. I don't think he understood how severe my pain could be (how would he really?), but it didn't seem to interest him much...it was business as usual. He did not help me find the unit even when I came back to ask about it because I was confused to were it was located. He was not terrible at customer service, but not awesome either. I gave him my credit card information to be on file, yet I got a call from a second employee on the day of the "move in" to storage that there was no information on file, and I had to find another card to give them. I was in the middle of lunch at a restaurant. Seems like there could be a few training tips.
