We did online check in that was super easy and convenient. Everything we t smoothly. Information was received and easy to follow directions on how to use the facility. We were able to bring our stuff in and easily find our unit. Very good building. Clean and convenient

Easy to sign up and lease

No lock on unit.
We arrived and there was no lock on the unit, despite the confirmation email stating there would be and also giving a code for said missing lock. The office is closed.

Felt blown off by customer service
We were told they would be in office to sign papers vs. Having to do it online and they weren't... also unit is much smaller then we expected/wanted but will do for now

Decent price for amazing space
The security is somewhat great. And the units themselves, although needing new labels cause they're worn and difficult to read, is clean, and a great space to temporarily or long term store stuff.
