Just what I needed!

I was looking for a cheap storage unit for my books. Acorn Mini Storage in Brooklyn Park was exactly what I needed. Tracy was super friendly and helpful making my first experience renting a storage unit a breeze.

It is difficult to get a hold of someone.

When I have been able to speak to someone Tracy and Jim, they have been very nice. There is not a direct line to reach them and it takes several calls to get a call back. I have stopped by during office hours and no one has been there a coup,e times.

I love this storage exactly what I was looking for.

I called Tracy and make an appointment with her. She is very good at explaining how your storage works and all the rules. Tracy made sure I understood everything and she was clear with bill payment instructions. I really like Tracy's service. I will tell others about your storage.

Lovely thus far!
