overall good experience
We left our daughter's things over the summer break from college. The place appeared clean and was dry. I will re-visit the site to rate them after we return in August to collect her things. I will be disappointed if her clothing has any mal-odor.

Customer service was great. The price was right. I paid double at it's competitor. Unit space looked good to the eye; was cleaned. Space was true to size. The final results will come after @ move-out (August 2013).

Staff was nice. first the unit was MUCH smaller than they advertised I know this because I spent hours drawing up a detailed diagram of how to get everything in and knew the dimensions of my furniture. the wall supports and the door eat considerable space. Second the made me buy insurace,, Third there was a processing fee. Fourth the discount was on the second month rent which did me no good as I did not need a second month. Worst of all, when I went to get my things after less than a month, everything smelled mildewed and musty. The facility is in a low lying area and despite gutters and drains, evidently there is standing water or leaks that made it like leaving things in a basement for a wet humid summer. When I removed the last of my belongings it was after a moderate rain and I saw wet concrete inside the building.
