Great customer service and simple process
Called in and was able to reserve and secure a unit the same day. Manager was very friendly the entire process was simple and easy to complete. The location works great for me and the security around the units is top notch. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area. The rental prices are much lower than most of the other units that were available in the area.

Great storage facility with great ground-level access.
The staff is very helpful and always there to help.
I have had a number of units here over the past 10-15 years.
From one to four at any one time. Never had a bad experience leasing from Colony Mini Storage.

Convenient, safe, and well kept.
My experience with these units has been well worth the low cost. The convenience of its location and the safety of the units ensure that I will continue using their storage and would highly recommend to any others needing storage. The locally owned staff was genuine and helpful in the paperwork process. Having the luxury of pulling my vehicle right up to the locked unit is a big plus!

Couldn't ask for a better storage facility or customer service!
I recently moved from my parents' house into a much smaller house as I am now a student and the University of Tennessee. The extremely reasonable pricing made it within my "college student budget" without sacrificing security or cleanliness. The customer service I received could not have been any greater. Jim was extremely professional and friendly and made the whole process a breeze. I also loved that I could back my truck up right to the units. This definitely saved us time and effort. I would recommend to anybody looking for a storage unit and will continue renting from them!

Convenient and accessible any hour of the day.
I have been renting from these folks since they originally opened (10 years ago). Never any issues that weren't resolved. Easy access and able to pull up right in front of unit for easy loading/unloading.

Very secure storage unit I would trust my belongings with.
I liked how easy it was to pull my vehicle right up to the door. I felt my belongings were safe with a gate around the building and a locked door before my unit.
