Could use more maintenance and housekeeping
Good access to storage spaces, however too many vehicles are parked, and left for days in possible obstruction spaces, or in front of some storage spaces !!!

I feel my belongings are secured in this facility.
Storeroom is 0.4 miles from may home, Not in a high traffic area and easy to get in and out of the facility. Space was very clean and staff was friendly and explained everything about the rental and the paperwork.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this storage facility. The staff was helpful and explained everything to me in detail as I have never rented a storage unit before. The owner showed me the unit to be sure it was what I needed and when I said it was what I wanted he cleaned it out for me and made sure it was perfect for my move in. Thank you for such a easy transaction at a hard time of my life.

the facility itself is older and run down, some of the units were rusted with holes and had broken handles and the roads are filled with pot holes but it appears to be in what looks like a decent part of town although i am unfamiliar with that part of town, it was however the cheapest unit of that size i could find in all the surrounding areas, the paper work had some issues with the legality of the wording on the contract as it does not match what they tell you, they assured me even though it says one thing on the paper work that it was not what it meant, it's too soon to know if i've been scammed or not but it definitely left the thought in my mind, under the circumstances i didn't have much other options/time so against better judgement i went with it, if not for circumstances i may have looked else where, the staff was very friendly and helpful until the question about the paper work was brought up then they got a bit funny, all in all so far it has been a pleasent experience in that i got the storage unit i was looking for at an affordable price

Good choice...
Well so far so good, had great customer service bob and peggy are very attentive, explained every thing that needed to be heard. Answered all my questions and are very nice people. great location easy one way in and out gate, not having to worry about other entries. Good prices and very roomy drive way and very clean too. All in all great place to store ur stuff, why dont yall give them a try. Oh did I mention they have a great staff. Well hope this helps thanks..
