The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful, providing assistance with heavy lifting and securing the storage garage. I was able to access my garage multiple times over the course of a few days as I moved out of a college dorm without any issue. One does have to provide one's own locks here but the facility sold locks for $7.00 on-site. I would highly recommend this garage for the friendliness of the staff, the value of the garage, and the ease of moving. Dixwell Self-Storage was also incredibly ease to communicate with in terms of reserving the storage facility and even switching move-in dates.
