Local and Corporate are worlds apart

StorQuest corporate has a great deal to learn from the local personnel who are courteous, helpful, and professional. Some of the staff at the corporate office however, (I spoke with 1 woman and 2 men) need training in basic LISTENING and customer service. One of them should be outright dismissed from his duties because in my frustration, I cut the conversation short by saying “thank you, I will resolve this problem in some other way” and he in his authoritarian manner canceled my reservation so that my unit was no longer available. The local office saved the day! Thank you Alain 👍🏼

Our experience at Stor-Quest has been nothing but wonderful from visiting their site, to rental process to moving in. Their folks are courteous, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Ease of access to unit, carts, etc is wonderful.

Excellent, clean facility, excellent customer service for sign up.

This was a good experience. I made my reservation and there was a lot of follow up to ensure that I would receive good service when I arrived. The facility was extremely clean and spotless. It is three years old, but looks brand new. The representative was businesslike, friendly and answered my questions, showed us the unit which was perfect for us and actually better than I originally expected; and took care of the sign up details efficiently. I had been hoping for better rates in my area than what I found overall, however this location was the best I located with climate control (very necessary). There were complementary carts for use in moving boxes and the security set up gives the certainty of security there.

StoreQuest is exactly what we needed.

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is very helpful and the place is so clean. The location is very convenient and I love that it is all air conditioned. Overall I will highly recommend it.
