I'm a disabled senior who Unfortunately to move during the pandemic.

Customer Service is Great! Whenever I travel back and forth randomly OR call to make payments I receive so much help and respect from Staff; especially from a beautiful smiling young woman Kia;who is always ending her goodbyes with encouragements. When I'm there all customers honors her kindness. The place is very clean including restrooms. The accessories they sale are affordable, if not, Stores are close bye in front at the Mall. Hand Truck Dolly are there to use. I faithfully recommend them.

Bad hours and hard to locate the facility

Also, finding my unit is crazy. Need to distribute maps. Get lost both times I've been there. It took 30 mins finding it both times.

I find the price after the promotion to be ridiculous.

When I arrived, there were homeless people sleeping in the hallway and cockroaches. Kind of worried about my things being an indated by cockroaches. I understand times of tough, but people are renting out facilities and sleeping in them while you're open.

Everything was great except the unit I was assigned already belonged to someone and the new unit I was given had trash in it the customer service agent advised she would sweep it out never did only issue
