End of the day
It was the end of the day when I arrived. The lady was in a bit of a rush but did that the time to show us the unit and also one other to compare prices. Even though she was in a rush, she just said she had something to do. I totally get people make plans after work and I get being rushed but at the same time every was explained and all my questions got answered! She did a good job over all!!

Good customer service, convenient and clean.
My favorite feature is the spacious freight elevator for interior units. It makes loading & unloading less backbreaking. You load elevator and send items up. You meet your stuff on the second floor then transport dollies to your unit. I unloaded a small uhaul in two trips!

Scott did a great job getting me squared away. I showed up at 4:45, 15 minutes to closing, and Scott (the site manager stayed well after 5:00 with a can do attitude to get us moved in. Great facility, good people, 5 stars.

Overall experience was positive
From speaking w/Scott the manager, who was very helping and pleasant in answering all my questions, I feel comfortable with Planet Storage. I had no problems storing my boxes and furniture when I got to the storage facility. Having the flat bed at my disposal was very helpful. Entering the facility, unloading and storing my belongings as well as securing my storage rental went extremely well. I am very pleased, and have peace of mind that my belongings are in safe environment. I would highly recommend this Planet Storage to any of my family members and friends.

I had a storage space here and it was robbed. The lock had been picked, but the insurance company has their asses covered. They do not cover theft or picked locks. So the person that robbed me has to work here & knows when the place closes bcuz they carefully went through boxes of clothong and only to name brand things. Run for the hills
