The facility and staff are great, and I got an incredible deal!
My one line summary looks like a typical 'customer review' ad, but I swear it's genuine. My friend and I got to the storage facility on Sunday, it's in the Lincoln Park area so seemed relatively safe to put my stuff there--and this storage was the only one open until 4 o'clock on Sunday. Most days they're open until 6pm, so that works out pretty nicely for me and my schedule. The staff was pretty friendly and efficient, the facility was really, really clean. Of course, the big thing for me was the deal I got from reserving my space via sparefoot. Most facilities in this area, with storage as large as the one I got, go for about $60+ Here, they gave me a pro-rated price for the month of January, and of course I paid only 37 dollars for the entire month of February. If I keep my things there for longer than the month of February, my rate won't change until June of 2012. Hello?! That's insane! I love it. I also added my friend's name to the list of people allowed into my storage, and they gave us a lock with a couple sets of keys for both of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely encourage people to take up the deal on sparefoot and use this storage facility!
