Easy access

The web site was easy to use to reserve a storage unit. Staff sent me everything I needed to move in even without a face-to-face interview. It all worked smoothly and quickly. The building temperature was not as cool as I would have liked it as I worked up a sweat hauling my stuff, but it is satisfactory for storage purposes to prevent mildew.

Good experience!

I moved to The Storage Vault to get better use of space. I found a smaller unit for a much cheaper price. The staff was helpful to get me set up quickly and I'm able to rent month by month. I've enjoyed my experience so far!

The Storage Vault is a great storage facility! Security is great ,the price is affordable, Deja and staff are always so helpful. We have been a Storage Vault customer for 4plus years and couldn't ask for a better storage facility. We at Southwest A/C say Thank You to Deja and staff for a GREAT FACILITY!

Beats the other storage facilities by far...

Security, storage size, online monthly payments, payment reminders, easy access and price were some of the prerequisites I was in search of when looking for a storage unit. I received all these plus many more. Deja is always available with a friendly smile and caring attitude should a need arise. I highly recommend The Storage Vault for all your storage needs.
