Affordable considering the area
Facility is affordable for the area, but still not cheap by any means. With that being said, the facility is well kept and is in very nice shape. The elevators are the only thing I noticed that were a little beat up, but considering the amount of abuse they take on a daily basis, they're in decent shape. The code system should maybe be implemented inside the elevator for easier use, but aside from that, they have multiple different entrances and courtesy dollies that make moving in/out very easy.

Rented a small unit at a great price
I needed a small unit and the on-duty clerk was right on top of all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple. She had everything needed to move in that day. The place is great

Very Happy Customer
I was so relieved that I found this company because I have used storage companies in the past and my experience at StorQuest-Self Storage-Carlsbad was just a piece of cake!! The first thing I experienced was how friendly they were. They showed me as many units as I wanted to see and then when I decided on a unit the paperwork took only ten minutes to complete. I started moving in my things right away. I would recommend them to any one. My office is using a different storage company right now but I am recommending StorQuest to my employer and we are going to switch.

Storage Emergency!
With a week to go before my holiday trip to Australia I was informed that I had to move. Unemployed, limited funds & in a panic, the staff at Bressi Ranch were life savers. Friendly, kind & compassionate... they worked me an amazing deal, gave me extended hours access & tissue to wipe my tears. I've never had such a pleasant storage experience & would recommend this facility to anyone in need of clean & affordable storage.

Super secure! You can't even go to the floor where you are not supposed to. Vince pretty much remembers everybody who walks in. Scott, the manager, would do all he can to help you find the best unit and give you any available discounts. Price is good for Carlsbad. Clean throughout.

Professional, Clean, Security, Hours to Access Good
First time using a storage facility and after looking, pricing many, this one is great. Office staff is polite, organized, clear directions and info.
Large elevators, covered access for rainy days. As long as prices stay as they are I will be very happy.

Very secure, clean, w/good customer service
This is probably the best storage facility with which I have had experience in over 30 years of using storage facilities. I have found no fault with it since 2009 when we first began storing our equipment and supplies there. Customer service people are very attentive to needs. It is clean, has large elevators, free use of rolling carts and an additional level of security for the second and third floors.
