don't let them rip you off
The people who work in the office are shady and tried to rip me off when I went to sign my contract and move my stuff in. They had raised their rates since I reserved my unit and at first were going to charge me the new, higher rate instead of honoring the price at which I had reserved. They generally seem not to know what they're doing. Also, they were making unprofessional repo-type calls to renters who were behind on their payment while I was there in the office. The truck is 17', not 53' as it says here, and what they neglected to tell me is that you have to reserve it in advance. Yes, that's right, there's only one truck. Also, the facilities are not accessible 24 hours, as it says here. They close at 10 pm. I'm giving three stars because the facility is clean and bright, and the location is good.

Manager's Response:
Jessica reserved her unit on 7/2/11 when the rate was $105 per month. We have gone up to $127 per month and the misquoted price we gave her when she came in to rent was an honest mistake. We did honor her reservation for $105 which is why reservations are critical and need to be made. We made two attempts to call Jessica regarding the details of her reservation. Jessica was the 40th customer we rented a unit to in 3 days. The collection calls we were making were to customers who are going to lose their belongings in our next auction. The messages we left for these customers was an attempt to at least get a call back in order to make payment arrangements or an auction settlement. Seeing a customer lose their belongings in a storage auction is the most difficult aspect of being a self storage manager. There is one 17’ truck you can use free for moving in. You need to rent your storage space prior to reserving the truck. We now send out an email detailing the specifics of the free truck rental as well as anything customers may have missed when reserving the unit online. We do offer 24 hour access to preferred businesses and customers free of charge upon request. We love working with our customers so please talk to us if there are any questions.

Love this storage place!
I rented the space for my daughter when she graduated from college. I can say that thats the best storage place experience I've ever had. Friendly staff, easy to get in and out, and it's safe if you need to go to the space at night. I would rent there again and refer my friends and family.

Quick, Easy, Affordable
I needed a unit to store household furnishings and clutter because we are putting our house on the market. I got a 10'x15' for half price this summer. By far the cheapest climate controlled storage close to my house for the space. The rental was painless and took 15 minutes after I reserved a unit w/ Sparefoot.com. I would definitely recommend Sparefoot and Your Storage Solution for a hassle-free experience - and who doesn't need that when you're moving?!

Clean, Convenient, Affordable
This is a nice facility. It's very clean, and it's fairly conveniently located near I-35. It's a little tricky to get into due to its proximity to the intersection of Lamar and Parmer, but it's not too terribly bad. The prices were reasonable for such a nice facility.

very nice indoor storage units all storage units are climate controlled i saved $200 when i paid for 1 year they let you use moving trucks for free they aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and i am extremely happy i went with them instead of the cheapest storage unit like i had originally planned

I was very pleased that i was able to find a storage place both over a holiday weekend and with very little advance notice. the service was excellent and the unit is clean, secure, and inexpensive.

Nice Place
Clean, easy to access, nice staff. Only complaint is that the ceilings of the units aren't especially secure, there are just thick metal wires across the top, no solid "ceiling". It would still be difficult to break into a unit that way, but sucks that a burglar or malicious tenant could climb around up there and actually see what is in every other unit.

Great
VERY CLEANS, there are cameras everywhere. They provide moving carts, which made unloading the truck SO MUCH easier. Overall a good experience. The free truck wasnt available, but I only gave them one days notice...so it was to be expected.

Reconciled
Although I wrote a negative review initially, the people at Your Storage Solution worked with me to my satisfaction. The place is really pretty good. Very clean, secure,and has great access, being at the intersection of I-35 and Parmer.

Nice new facility
This place has great rates for a brand new facility. It seems to be very secure with card access required to enter the building and use the elevators. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Deal Overall
They offer a courtesy truck for moving, which is great, but the "FREE" use of the truck only covers a few miles, and sometimes the previous customer doesn't bring back the truck on time, so keep that in mind. The facility is great, and some of the staff are very friendly. For the price, you probably can't find anything better.

Excellent facility and helpful people
The staff were very helpful. The free truck for moving in was a huge plus and the facility itself was clean, well-organized, and well-lit. The only drawback was a small and slow elevator.

Great Value
I got a great deal for a 10X15 air-conditioned unit through a web-special. It's a bit far from UT, but for the price, it's well worth the drive. I paid $74 a month for the unit; similarly sized units closer to campus are very expensive. Only downside is that the "free truck" is only available for move-in to the unit, not the move-out. Also, it was already booked for the entire week of my move-in, so reserve the truck early.

Great staff, very high security, well-maintained units
Everything about signing up here was a pleasant experience. Staff was very nice and showed me the units. The unit itself was clean with no bugs or anything. The units are climate-controlled as well so I believe I got the best price for the climate-controlled. You will love this experience!

Perfect 10!
When looking for a storage unit we are EXTREMELY choosey. Because it is a neccesity for our business equipment, climate control, security, and these days price are our main deciding factors. Super Easy
I really liked the Sparefoot.com service it made it really easy. The website was elegantly designed and easy to use, and I didn't have to call a bunch a storage facilities. The facility was great as well. It looked brand new. It was very clean and everything was as it was advertised. Service was great. The woman that worked front desk was really nice and best of all the storage was really cheap. I have no idea how they competing with that price.

I'm paying $59/mo for a 10x10 which is way better than anywhere else. They also give a free lock and free use of their truck, which is plenty big. Add to that the friendly service, and you have an unbeatable storage solution :)

After Sparefoot.com called and confirmed the reservation with us we contacted the facility. We were on our way when we contacted the manager and he was just getting our of a movie and said he could meet us there right now, which was above and beyond! The facility was absolutely awesome and the price was perfect!

Fantastic place!
The folks were super nice and helpful. Large dollies are provided to assist with moving your things into the building. It's super clean and easy to find. My only complaint is that access is denied after 10pm. This only became a problem because I was moving after work and was limited on time to get all my things moved in one day. Other than that, this place is great!

I love the storage building and the property managemnet staff. The pricing on my units are amazing. I have already sent a couple of friends to this place so they can look in to renting space.

Great Storage Experience
Your Storage Solution (YSS) really took the hassle out of moving for me. They had a range of sizes (I needed a 10' x 20') at a great price! Plus they gave me a free lock and use of their truck. Access is easy with a card and its easy to pull right up with a big truck. The employees were not only courteous but friendly too! if you're looking for a storage solution, definitely give them a call.

Due to multiple moves in the last 9 months I've rented 3 storage units. the most recent one I reserved through Sparefoot and it is by far the best unit (climate controlled) and the cheapest unit (by $43/month) than the others. I figured that the price was too good to be true, but the storage place honored the price with no questions asked. They even said I was smart for reserving through Sparefoot.

This Location Is the BEST
Because I travel a lot I've used a few storage companies and this particular building is the very best. It's clean, easy to get in and out, and the staff is wonderful. You can't go wrong here, definitely check it out if need storage in North ATX.
