IIt would have been very helpful to know that the facility did not have elevators. Also, I needed more ID than informed of and there was no internet service. My initial arrival got off to a very bad start, but got better by the end.

It's Ok
Had very little problems with working with the two repersentatives. Even assisted in exchanging space when found a defection in the one originally given. However; the on-line confirmation site has something to be desired; was forced to call the office to confirm everything. Web site wouldn't come back with a confirmation number.

its ok. just need a bigger elevator
The price is great but the lady that gave us a tour didn't show us how small the hallways and elevator are for the second floor rooms. How can I fit furniture in that small elevator?
