Got a unit to aide in moving process to a different town

Staff were personal and professional and unit was what I was expecting. My only disappointed had to do with the 50 percent off first 2 months rent promotion listed online that wasnt able to be used when I got there because I had moved in on the 3rd and not the 1st of the month. Something about it only applying to a full months rent. No where in my documention does it indicate or guarantee promo exist or will apply at signing which is sketchy.

The manager was nice and helpful.

I needed a storage in short notice. When I called the manager was quick and helpful with information. The storage is in a good location and moving in was seamless.

Easy to maneuver, clean and well maintained.

Need to get the RV spots delineated so it's a little less haphazard. Lots of room to maneuver big rigs. Nice and clean, well maintained, need to get rid of some of the derelicts, but all storage facilities have a few of those. Great customer service.
