Registration process was difficult but moving in was easy
Hidden cost
There are hidden costs like charges for door lock that are not told to the customer while booking the reservation online. The staff at the store also do not mention anything about such costs until you have to pay the fee. We raised issues with this process and the staff at the site waived lock charges for us. Be careful and ask a lot of questions to your booking agent and store manager before proceeding to pay.
Administration fee
Admission fee is charged for each individual reservation. If you book a storage unit and a car parking youâll be charged $25 administrative fee twice. This does not make sense if the same person is booking bot log the reservations

Outdoor Storage Lacking Space and Security
We were told it was a gated facility with gate access, it is not for outdoor storage. This was important to us for storing trailer. The storage parking area was tight and extremely difficult to maneuver. It doesn't seem safe back there. I would not recommend to others with a trailer.
The customer service and manager were very friendly, helpful, and communicative.

My 10x20 unit price increased 46% on Jan 2021 from $234 to $342 without any advanced warning!

OUTSTANDING Experience!!!
I cannot say enough about the great experience we had at CubeSmart! Even before we moved in, the Customer Service was outstanding. I had a follow-up call from the Manager, confirming my reservation, answering any questions I had, and affirming that if my space needs changed, I could make a change in the unit, right up until the day we moved in.
I did, after more closely calculating my storage needs, e-mail the staff, and reduce the size of my unit by 50%. There was absolutely no hassle. They accommodated my every request.
On move-in, the paperwork was all in order. We provided proof of insurance coverage, signed and paid in less than 10 minutes. We went to the unit, to check it out, and found it absolutely, perfectly clean! We moved our first load in that day.
And, on top of all of this, out rental cost was 50% lower than every other place I had looked at!! The price was not some move-in special, giving us 1-3 months of reduced rentâit was our ongoing rental price. Iâm sure that a majority of the lower price was because it is not fully rented-up yet, having just opened within the last year. But, considering the place is new, clean, bright and shinyâand even temperature-moderated (~50-80 degrees), it is a great deal, even if they were near market rates.
All the reviews I found had been very positive, and they certainly matched-up with our experience. I can not recommend them more highly!

Security issue!
The door opens without any code. It should be fixed very soon. This is a major security issue. Anybody can go into the building.

Overall great new, clean, secure and affordable facility!
Nice facility, great pricing. Clean, new building with many options of sizes. Multiple floors, all indoor with elevators and bathrooms and drinking fountains on both which was a plus. Only 2 elevators and 1 door entrance which if busy could pose a problem but there were several carts available for assisting in moving stuff around. My 1 complaint is the outside door closing as quickly and having to re-enter the code each and every time you want to come in or go up & down the elevator. When moving many items and coming and in out this gets very redundant and is a bit of a pain but overall facility is nice and feels secure.

Clean New Facility
This storage facility is only 5 months old, and very clean. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a unit in Woodinville.

Very clean facility with reasonable prices and admirable customer service.
We are currently using CubeSmart storage and have been impressed. The facility is very clean and secure. I also like the month-to-month pay feature with the automatic withdrawal option, and no obligation for a long term contract; although, they offered me first month free.

We LOVE our new storage unit! Best decision we have made in a long time!
We absolutely love our new storage unit. We lucked up by getting the Perfect 10'x7' storage unit that holds our belongings perfectly. We are in a transition period right now between selling and buying a house, so this storage locker has been a lifesaver. My wife was against the idea at first because she thought it would be dirty or overly priced, but this place is Incredibly clean and the pricing is reasonable. This is my first storage locker, and I would definitely come back to this place in the future! Thank you!
