Price too high & hidden fees

I was not happy with the price for the size & the hidden fees & being forced to pay for insurance an additional cost not mentioned beforehand

Very helpful and understanding

I previously had a very bad experience with storage king on Lucern Park. I reached out to the Dundee location and the manager and staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful...I really appreciate the prompt response.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service from Donna from start to finish, very helpful and extremely professional. I like when we are greeted with a good morning and a smile as you enter the office. Amazing Customer Service

I had a reservation for Sept 18th and I decided to go a week early to see what they needed as I was renting a storage for a vehicle. The first time I met a guy who was really friendly and provided me all the information I needed to have a smoothly "move-in". The date of my reservation I met the manager and she was great also. The office and the storage unit was super clean and ready for my car :)
