We had a great experience online and in person working with storage mart
Everything was easy and efficient on line and over the phone with storage mart and also the facility we decided to go with. Customer service was great and responsive to any questions. I would reccomend using storage mart to anyone looking and have already done so.

False advertising
The coupon stated one month free but when I called them they stated you don’t have to pay for 30 Days. When I got to the location the woman there stated I would only get a couple days free since it’s the middle of the month.

Overall great so far
So far, I've been pleased with my storage facility. It's easy to access, and I ended up with plenty of (clean) space for a very reasonable price. I wish it was accessible a bit later than 10 pm, but I've been able to make it work.

Somewhat overpriced, with about 6 inches of unusable space.
Just as the headline says, I'm paying more than I'd like for 100 sq feet - actually less because of the 6 inch gutter in the back that runs from one end to the other, presumably to run off any liquid/water that gets into the unit. The gal that checked me in was great, though.

Adding charges to monthly bill.
Place smells horrible inside and now they are adding a $9.47 charge each month to my bill and not honoring the price I reserved on spare foot.

Amazing customer service experience.
From the moment we drove onto the immaculate property and we were greeted as we walked into the office, I knew that I had made a good choice. The attention to detail, paperwork was ready for me to sign and storage unit cleaned and ready made me feel confident that the facility was run very efficiently. Security is top notch and I have no qualms about the safety of my belongings, I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. The best part is the pricing is very affordable.

Fast, friendly, safe
We rented this past week and were very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of this team. The lot is in a residential area flanked by a popular dog park and a highway. Feels very visible and safe. Units tidy and clean. There's a trip hazard in the interior corridor we need to access for our unit. That would be the only feedback for change - to add a slight grade to keep that concrete crack from catching feet.

Manager tried to steer me into a higher priced unit right off the bat. Completely ignored my online rental. Sparefoot said I'd get a free month. Not according to the manager.
They also spring a"required " insurance fee of $10 per month. They say you must take it to acquire the rental unit. Read the fine print for coverage... The agreement covers virtually nothing.

Everyone was very helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit. I am grateful for their pleasant, helpful manner. I bought the most secure lock and certainly hope that both security & insect & rodent control are good ; )
