Was charged for an extra month.
Called and was told that I would get my money back but then never got it back called multiple times and still have not received any sort of receipt or way to get back the fee for the extra month.

Overall fine but disappointed with quality of buildings
Arrived to the storage units and the whole back half of the unit was very wet after rain the night before. Ruined a whole wooden bookshelf and some cardboard boxes fell apart on the bottom because of the moisture. The buildings are nice and clean, but disappointing that theyâre not very rain proof.

Exactly what I hoped it would be
Pleasant staff, set up everything in a way that worked for me. My first visit to the facility was at the end of a 2400 mile drive, so everything being easy to access was simply perfect.

My unit is clean. The outdoor lights don't work, however at night.
Unit is clean that I am in and I like that it's quiet in the area for storage/moving purposes. However, I am disappointed that all the outdoor, attached lighting does not work anywhere for safety and lighting purposes, should I need to go at night. Thank you.
