Moving from Large Home
Jarvis is an excellent customer service and front desk manger.
He helped me find a unit that will work for my storage needs. I asked him to show me a close by Unit (8x10) and he agreed immediately to give me a tour.
This facility is extremely well kept. It is brand new and very clean. I am I impressed.

I’m being charge full price for the unit that I rented. however there is a pole in the middle of the unit so it’s not allowing me to properly store all-of my items.
I’m sure I’m paying the same amount as somebody else he does not have a pole inside of the unit

Fairly easy to get to my storage unit, well priced. It would be nice if I got a storage unit map to easily find my unit. Otherwise the facility is easy to get to and the unit is roomy enough for me (5X10).

Great Storage Facility

Good experience. Just wished we could had done most the paperwork online.
It took a little while to fill out the paperwork while I had my family waiting with the truck to unload. Just wished I could had done most of the paperwork online to avoid waiting there. Also, would be nice if we could choose our storage unit online also. Instead was giving one very far away from the elevator, farthest unit in the place.

Quick, easy, clean
It was quick, the size of what I wanted was available, and it's clean. There are some bolts sticking out of the wall, so I need to be careful with some items. So check the walls.

fast registration/clean storage
looking for a fast registration and clean storage I searched online and found this building in Westmont. It was close to where I was and where I was moving to. I was in a hurry and was checked in and saw unit all within 15 minutes. Fast! Unit seems to be new, and is clean, and easy to access. Thank you!
