Fast and friendly check in. Was offered my unit a day early, which was a nice surprise. Nichelle was friendly, accommodating and answered my questions. The only complaint I have is that a little over a week later and I still have no light in my unit.

My main concern is the homeless people...
My main concern is the homeless people around the area. My unit has a big hole in the dry wall. I'm thinking about going to a different Storage place.Im not to happy about it. Other reviews I have read on Yelp people are complaining about their stuff being stolen.

The people that work there r very friendly but my main problem is that my storage unit #40 has no light I bought another bulb and still not working so I got another light and plunged it into my outlet and its not working either.now my very big concern is this my friend had a storage here and when he moved his stuff from your storage to my house I had my first time flooded my house with your cacaroaches and u pray that doesent happen to me again here at #40 . I hope u can resolve these very important issues I have and also u send you guys a lot of bizzz and that in it self should make these issues a priority on your to do list .I would move my storage but I have to much to move again thanks I hope u can resolve my problens

The facility
The manager, Shery was very friendly and helpful. This site is great for storing my furniture. However, I would not store anything of real value as this facility is too easy to break into.

I'm not really happy the way you guys...
I'm not really happy the way you guys doing first of all,we came and reserved the space 10x20 on that day which show on my email then called us aspect we have the appointment scheduled at 11:00 am and when came space was rent out you guys were changing without notice ,No choice, much accepting upgrade price of 10x25 lots size. We have to move in some where and no time do us so we paid extra then. Sorry no really happy at all .

I had seen the 10x10 on lined and reserved it. After I saw it decided I needed a bit of a bigger size, I had seen the next size 10x 15 for 25. more. Unfortunately I didn't get that price honored because of different locations

The storage unit is exactly what it was...
The storage unit is exactly what it was advertised as. It has a light inside the unit for access in the evening hours. I can drive right up to the unit and unload my storage items. The staff were friendly. Although I got the feeling the girl was becoming impatient while I read through the contract, she was still friendly and professional. The manager was great. I accidentally locked my code out of the system and she came out and fixed it immediately.

I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome the people at this storage place are. I rented from Heidi, a few weeks ago and forgot to make a review then . She was so helpful, made sure I got the right size, explained everything so clearly. She has the best personality and made me feel like a friend. I went in today to change some stuff on my account and was so glad to see her again, I told her I was happy with everything and thanked her, but wanted to follow through with the review I promise. If you need a storage go see Heidi she will help you and is so genuinely caring and professional. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received!

Public Storage at 3207 South Street, Long Beach
I was searching desperately for a storage facility that was safe, clean and reasonably priced. I also wanted a "drive up" unit for convenience. The last unit I got was on the second floor down 2 hallways and I never could even get to my stuff easily, it was always hot. Anyway, I went to look at another place and it was horrible. By the ad and website it looked fine, but it was a nightmare. When I got to Public Storage I was so amazed and pleased I checked in a day early so I did not miss out on the deal! It was 45 dollars cheaper than the horrible place I was going to go. It was a 10x10 VS 10x13, but still. To have the peace of mind that my things would be safe, and so would I when I am there made all the difference for me. I read so many reviews as well...it is so hard to tell if they are true or not...mine is! :)
