CONSUMER BEWARE!

This is one of the worst businesses that I have ever worked with. You can never reach them by phone to make a payment. When you do reach them, they won't take the payment claiming you owe a lot more than what you should, so they can charge more late fees. After verifying payments, they still claim you owe more money and they have to talk it over with other people before a payment can be made, meanwhile they charge you more late fees because the payment isn't in. They are extremely rude whenever you talk to them or they call you and leave threatening and rude messages. This is one business you should stay away from.

Fix the previous after we left the review, but lock us up

After we left the review about the dumpster, they did provide the dumpster again. Which is very nice! And we really appreciate that. However the key pad does not work and we couldn't get in or out for several times, especially after the office close. Please fix the key code pad!

Over all I am happy with my storage spot. But I pay for it by the year. Then I have been getting emails (unsure if they are automatic or not), but telling me I have not paid that month and now have late fees added. While I have not seen this effect my credit ratings as of yet, there is that possibility for the future. I am not happy, it causes me stress when they are received.

Good Storage Unit

When the facility changed ownership, it was requested to submit a CC card #, because they weren't taken over. I went to the facility to submit my card. At the beginning of the following month I received a LATE notice with a $20 late fee. How can that be, after I submitted my card?? Apparently my submission was lost. The late fee was waived, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Over the many changes in management and growth of your lockers, I have never been let down. My father started this, I took over (due to his age). Even when the computers were not working correctly, I received the best care to stop the problems that were happening. Which says a lot since I am not close by often.

Amazing customer service

I've been with a sore spot for almost four years . I have had many times where I was unable to make my monthly payment on time but the staff has always been willing to work with me on getting caught up so that I didn't lose my stuff. The customer service from the storage spot has been amazing helping me out through some difficult times, I will forever be thankful for the friendly and caring staff. I will continue to use the storage spot even though it's quite a bit out of my way now and I have and will continue to recommend send to other people that I know.
