Prime Storage

Every time I come by to the Facility It is always clean and other tenants respect your space and clean up after themselves. I just wish a couple staff members were friendlier. Once I was in my unit and a member was next to mine cleaning and didn’t even acknowledge or Said Hi to me and I felt ackward and pressured to get outta there lol. But I love renting here and would deff recommend to others!!

Unprofessional Office

Everything was great with the exception of the office person. I told her that I would be there to sign up at 10:30am. I had all of my errands planned out by where they were located and time frame. I get there at 10:32am and there is a note on the doors saying she will be back in 15 minutes. Why didn't she tell me that on the phone? I had to go on with my day and come back later..wasting gas and time. When I mentioned it to her when I came back she states she had to walk around the lot. Again why did she not tell me that before. Very unprofessional******
