The storage unit was very clean and in a convenient location.

Great experience

The only reason for a 4 out of 5 was the dusty nature of the unit and hallway, reportedly from the recent construction but not an ideal picture you want to see when renting a temperature controlled inside unit.

Mice

This place is crawling with mice. If you don't want your new place to smell like rat urine, then rent somewhere else. Manager says that they will not reimburse for mice damage or any kind of damage. You are on your own to clean up all of the mice damage. Don't rent here!
