The second latch that locks the unit was not attached and we had to fiddle with it. but it should be permanantly attached

Friendly and helpful experience
Stefan offered to take me to look at the unit prior to completing the paperwork. The paperwork and payment process was simple. I was able to purchase a lock from the front office. The only downside is that the climate controlled building has an outside building lock that has to be picked up at the office in order to access the individual unit. It just means planning visits while the office is open, which won't be a problem in my case.

The space I reserved didn't work for me. Mr Shelley went out of his way to find me a soace that workex, and honored my discount. He checked on is whike we were unloading and gave us water for our dog. Overall a positive experience duri g a stressful move.

When I arrived, the space was not as advertized on the phone booking system. Once the problem was identified, Charles went out of his way to help and find me an appropriate space for my needs. He also helped me with a lock for my unit. He stopped by and checked to make sure everything was ok with the space. He even gave us some water for dog. Overall it was a very positive experience during a very stressful move.

Quick Service, Clean Facilities, Excellent Price
I'm renting a smaller unit (5x9) so it's easier to see if there was any issues with bugs- glad to say that is not the case. Move in day was stress free because I pre-registered and all of the paperwork was ready when I got there. I was given excellent service and I love the multiple options in being able to pay the rental fee each month because I will be paying while out of state. I definitely recommend this facility.

Very helpful and friendly staff
The staff is very friendly and tentative. The manager lives on site so the property is always under surveillance. They answer the phones right away during business hours. Elongated weekly hours make unloading your belongings very convenient. Drive up units make is a breeze. You need to provide your own lock. Most any combination or basic key lock will work. The units are kept clean and the property is fenced in.

Leasing was a quick, simple process
Found WP Mini Stor It on Sparefoot and went to check out the facility with my brother. The area is in an industrial part of WP and looks pretty secure. My brother and I were pleased with the cleanliness of the site and the unit we ultimately ended up renting. The 10x20 is big enough to store what we need to. The option to pay online is available but we were told that in person is best. The savings of 50% off really helped also. The only thing that bothered me was the manager was a bit rude to a woman coming in to pay her rent. I said something about it and he corrected himself.

I reserved a 5x10 online, when I pulled up with my 17 foot U Haul truck and thought I can stick all my furniture in this small space, I was wrong, and we all laughed about it! They told me exactly what I needed and in fact showed me the space beforehand, and gave me a great price. Month to month, with no long term contract, and an option for automatic bill pay made me very happy. As I wasn't sure how long I will need this unit. The guys at the front were very courteous, polite, and my storage unit was very clean. although the dates remain open all day, and people are coming and going without a security code, I did see security cameras all over the place. this storage facility provided many options & I would recommend it to anyone

Place seems clean. Doble pull out doors easier then roll up. Floor was freshly painted plus above ground 2 inches. Doors not weather sealed. Price through you is fair. Chris the manager was great.. overall everything is great
