how my experience with public storage went
i have rented a space at your facility for long time use..I need it for 5-7 yrs...meschia the employee at 1859 north jog rd saved the day..if I need a anything I will certainly go thru meschia..you are lucky to have her..

Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The storage area was not clean, because people were tossing their trash outside the doors, it eventually was out into the parking lot. It was cleaned up within a week, the staff had to get approval for cleanup which took awhile.
A moving company had all 5 trolleys and blocked the door open, had furniture partially in the lobby, in the elevator and on the 2nd floor. It was difficult to maneuver around, they were kind and did give me a trolley, and did move the furniture out of the way, other customers did not. I wish you could fine the people not following the rules, parking in front of the door, using the trolleys for children to play on, throwing their trash outside the door. Maybe a big dumpster would be helpful.

Everything went well and they helped me get the right size for what I needed to store. The only thing I didn't know is you need a reservation to get a unit. It would be much easier if you could walk in and get a unit. Thank goodness Desmond was there. He helped me right away and the experience was wonderful.

well the manager said that my first month was free it wasn't.. my first 3 weeks were. I had to pay on the first when i got the unit on the 8th of oct knowing i would be done by 11/8 and they said oh ya... well my bill came and and they were like i dont know who said.. you did!!

Totally courteous and professional
I visited the office twice and was impressed both times. The first time a young lady showed me two different size storage areas so I could decide which would be best for me. The second time, a young man showed me the actual storage area that would be mine, provided the lock, did the paperwork, gave me the gate code and made sure I knew how to use it. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional every step of the way. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone.

Clean and light and open...
I do not like the type of the lock... I believe the different one would be safer. There are NO GARBAGE CAN to be found anywhere on the floor!!! It may sound not important but it is important. But staff is friendly... the storage room was clean.... and I got a really good deal... The Insurance "stinks"... Public Storage in reality, does not give you any insurance at all; You have to buy it and still.. the are not responsible for anything... Entry to the building... much too small and only one. When there are 2-3 U-Haul's... there is no room for you to start unpacking... Why there is only one entry to actual storage building... Inside... the hallways are so narrow that 2 people w/stuff can't pass each other...

I was looking to rent a unit at this facility and I must say I was very impressed with both the facility and the staff. Sabrina And Kim tended to my needs. After telling her what I was looking for she questioned me on what we were storing and suggested a unit that would fit our needs. They was very efficient and searched for the best possible rates. I must say my visit to the office was awsome thank you guys.

Sabrina was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained everything so I had very few questions. Facilities are clean but... There is an alarm that is ringing everytime I enter the building. It doesn't quit. Why doesn't the manager get it fixed?

I called this location before I drove up to them. I spoke with Kim. She was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and even more pleasant when I went to see her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and a sweetheart to deal with. She was even very conscientious and attentive in telling me to watch my step where there were small little obsticles from the contruction of the building or the track/runner in the ground for the gate. She rocked!! I would highly recommend this location and asking for Kim!! You won't be dissappointed! ;-)

I felt like the representative spoke too fast as if just trying to give the info, but not for me to understand and when i asked her to repeat, because i clearly did not understand, she repeated the info just as fast as the first time. I felt rushed. This is not an auction house.

Love this place! The girls here are awesome. Jaymee was so friendly and accommodating. I had reserved a size over the phone and when I got there she asked me exactly what i would be storing and then we checked the size and she let me know it would not be big enough. Thank god for her because I would have gotten the smaller size and on move in day my stuff would definitely not have fit. Highly recommend this location!

Hope is a great customer service rep. for Public Storage in West Palm Beach
We are treated courteously and respectfully at Public Storage located on Jog Road, just south of Okeecheebee Blvd in Palm Beach county. Good size and good rates. The building is well maintained, good lighting and security. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel secure that your keepsakes are being looked after.
