The lock code didn’t work. Had to call customer service

The code that I picked out didn’t work at the gate. I’m not sure why? Once we lifted the door up sand fell on your heads. I wish someone would’ve had a blower and blow the sand

A couple glitches but satisfied overall.

Reserved a 5x10. Loaded unit. Tried to lock it but no latch on door. Called customer service. Person was very helpful. No more 5x10's available so she assigned 10x10 unit at same price as 5x10. Had to unload original unit and transfer everything to the new unit. New Unit was dirty ( a few spiders and webs) but was lockable. Access to the facility was easy and seems secure.

Amazing

it is off the main road but the unit was clean and there was no issue getting in or out. I was able to move all of my stuff in without problems. There are clear markings on each building so you know where you are going.
