Great Service, Friendly, Professional, Accommodating

I did an online search for a storage unit in my area. I need a unit for a couple of months while we refinance our mortgage to get rid of the "clutter" for the appraisal inspection. When comparing size, price, distance and description I chose CubeSmart and I am VERY glad I did. The deciding factor for me was the offer to use their truck and all I needed to do was return it replacing the gas I used--no rental fee. Lola and Robert were GREAT. The unit was just as described--Clean, accessible and ready to story my "clutter". Since we were doing stars and the most I can give is 5 stars, I would simply say, 5 stars are not enough--7 maybe or possibly 8 would be more appropriate. If you are looking for a GREAT storage experience, look no further. These folks are at the top of the storage rental game.

I needed a unit fast!

Linda and Michelle were very accommodating! Friendly and very informative! I’ve visited other storage facilities and nothing compared to the cleanliness and price! Thank you cubesmart! I signed up immediately and paid for six months and will do it again in another 6 months!

It's a Nice place and they offer Affordable rates. Staff was knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. Only thing I don't like is they require insurance each month.

All went well

The person who helped me complete the paperwork and get into my unit for the first time was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fairly quick and easy procedure to set up. No real complaints. Would have liked to be reminded to bring my own lock (if I desired) in all of the move in day preparation emails.
