Great Storage facility
We just moved from out of state to an apartment in Austin and needed a place to store our home. Oak Hill is an excellent storage facility. Very clean and easy to access. The management team Steve, Vickie, and Tina were very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is climate controlled which is great for our stored items. Parking access, hand carts, furniture dollies, and air conditioning all made the move easier. The facility appears very secure with accessing control and many cameras. The interior is very clean and well maintained as is the storage unit itself. Overall a very good experience. We would highly recommend Oak Hill.

Ok for the price
I was in need of a unit really fast and found this facility online that had one available. The price was right and it was a little out of my way but when in need, you take it. I called and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The lady was very nice and helpful. I started moving in that morning. The only problem I have is the roads to get in and out of the facility need to be fixed. Somewhat difficult to enter and exit. I was told that the roads were going to get fixed. Yes, I would rent again from this facility and hopefully the road will get fixed soon.

Easy & great customer service
Overall great experience. The lady that works there was friendly and very informative. She talked me through every step, and even showed me the unit before renting it. I do however have 2 negative things I’d like to point out. It’s not fenced, it’s all gravel roads, and the entry is bumpy, BUT I believe they will be fixing that soon. And the lock on the storage door is difficult. But other then that, I’m really happy with picking this as my storage.

Best value for your money
I've rented at Oak Hill storage on 3 separate occasions - a little out of the way, but definitely the best value for your dollar. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The access roads for the units are gravel and some places have some erosion that require careful navigating, but it is my understanding that all that will be taken care of in the near future. I would rent there again!

Paying deposit and another fee was surprising. 10 day notice for deposit
The storage unit is about 3 feet from the ground. I can't step up that high nor get my stuff in except for immediate entrance. Paperwork was quite extensive. Having to give 10 day notice to get my deposit back is annoying.

Although there was a lot of paperwork (which is good so nothing is left to questions) it was a smooth transaction.
I would recommend that the paperwork NOT include a request for the renter's Social Security #

Great storage for a great price. no worries that it's behind an equpment warehouse. This keeps the price down.
I'm happy we found Oak Hill storage. The other storages we were looking at, were almost double the price. Thank you, Rhonda, for being so helpful...sending me my paperwork through the mail.

The lady who helped me was .AMAZING. My only reason for not giving this facility an outtanding rating is because of no secueity fence. In most cases, this would be a deal breaker. But this place is so hidden, and they also rent rooms there. So there are always people around...in the unlikely event someone should actually FIND this place!
