Fantastic facility and super professional manager!
I was looking for a winter storage option for my car, I was able to get very specific information over the phone, get pricing and storage options to help meet my needs and save a few dollars.
This place is awesome and well maintained, Katherine is a pleasure to work with and made the process easy and quick.

The location is good. Employees very easy to work with.
My only issue was after a day of moving my items. I purchased moving dolly's because my unit is in the middle inside. I was not told they had anything to help me move my items. I have a large unit.
The employees were helpful with the app to open doors. They are friendly and helpful everytime we talk with them.

Take your time to select a storage facility.
Found this to be expensive. Had time constraints and I didn't have a chance to research others before renting here. Was never offered a cart or hand truck. They did have 1 available after I asked.

401 to the rescue
Awesome customer service. Great app to open and close your storage unit and secured gate. We were exceptionally happy with the way were greater any time we passed by the office and never had to wait for help. Our units were super clean and we were able to put our items and furniture directly on the floor.
We rented 3 units just in time during their half price sale. 401 saved us a ton of money on the rentals for 3 months compared to anyone else close to us in Warwick. We can’t thank them enough for being there for us during one of the toughest times in our life. Moving really stinks. We will miss seeing all of them there and highly recommend the 401 experience.

SIMPLY AWESOME!!!
We were in need of a Storage Facility and Sparfoot an 401 were there for us. They went above an beyond to make sure our needs were meet. They are the BEST Storage Facility, exceptionally Clean, Climate Controlled , the Staff are Incredible an the rates are Incredible, I would Definitely recommend 401 above anyone.

He said if I need anything please don't hesitate to ask we will gladly help you they showed me how to use the app for the gate and my storage unit I recommend this place to alot of people already

Really Solid Place
Our RV mechanic recommended 401 when we needed to store our camper for a few months. 401 made the process super easy, we made our reservation online and Ryan called us 15 minutes later to see if we had any additional questions or if we would need help getting into the site. Wicked nice.
The check in process was smooth as well. Dean was very friendly and was excellent with explaining all of the features and security on site. The app for controlling the gate entry is a nice, modern system that I really appreciate. He was also a godsend when it came to helping guide us into the parking spot itself. 37 foot trailers are not maneuverable and having him around made it easy. All in all good stuff.
The one thing I'd have to say is that the internet access in the area is a little slow so downloading the app took a minute. Someone get Ryan and Dean a new router for the office.

401 Storage is 5 stars тнРя╕ПPLUS!! Everything from start to finish concerning the check in process was smooth and friendly. Dean is amazingly professional, helpful and is patient with all of your questions and concerns to be sure you are getting the best choice for your needs. Upon taking a copy of my ID, he even noticed it was my birthday!! Now THATтАЩS IMPRESSIVE in my book!! Lol ЁЯШЙ He continued to explain everything and helped to
set up the app for keyless access to be sure it was a success! This feature is very convenient, especially for someone like me who is always misplacing my keys! ЁЯШК Facility is extremely clean, organized, well lit and most of all I feel extremely safe here. Rates are untouchable for the quality you are receiving compared to other facilities. I can attest to all of this for I have used a few storage facilities and while some may have been adequate, I can now say 401 Storage is my new тАЬhomeтАЭ.
