Very Helpful
Booking online was easy and efficient! It saved us time when we got to the store. We had a few questions about sizing and the gentleman was extremely helpful. He showed us various sizes and helped us with making the final decision. He was very patient and willing to let us look at various sizes to make sure we got what we needed.

Customer Service was Excellent here! I got a tour, the employee was very helpful and informative. My unit was very clean and spacious. The facility itself was very clean. The prices are a little expensive, however I got a month free, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Great facility, but prime spots are very expensive
The facility and the staff are great, but for a prime spot (drive-up access, climate controlled, large capacity) it's too expensive. If it weren't for their promotion of 1-month free, I wouldn't have been able to afford it. (I need storage for only 2 months.)

Easy to use online reservation process, but would be good to pick your unit with a little more information about the particular storage facility. I ended up with a unit that required climbing set of stairs to reach it.

The price that I was quoted for a unit online was not available once I arrived at the facility neither was the unit that I reserved (5x10). However, the person that helped me honored the price and altered two storage units to make the one 5x10 that I reserved. They were extremely helpful.
