Pleasant and helpful staff

Only have had the space for a few days but on my second day of delivery to the unit my truck wouldn't start and the manager and a staff member went over and above to help me solve the problem. It was an inconvenience to them but they could not have been kinder.

No Integrity Here

The employees I've had any kind of interaction with here are unprofessional, judgmental and discriminatory. They evicted us from 3 units; 2 because we were late on the payment, after giving notice we intended to move out but then had death in the family that set us back, and the other unit because we allegedly left a box of crap (yes actual feces) outside the unit. We absolutely do not box up crap and even if we were that gross to do so, would never leave it sitting outside our rental unit! That's just stupid & ridiculous! I'm elderly & disabled, now being forced to rent a truck and move out of 3 units with no place lined up to store our stuff. The only reason we can come up with is because we're related to a prior renter whom they had issues with & Don't like. Who does that to anyone? Especially a business treating their own paying customer like this?! I will not ever have one good thing to say to say about Diamond Storage & I will advise you to rent ANYWHERE else if you care about trusting the ones you're handing your money to every month or being judged & punished unfairly. I wish I'd never wasted one red cent here nor met "professionals" who put your business out on front street as was done when they volunteered all the reasons they dislike another renter, past or present.

Wish I had that guy working

I went to rent unit (sure wish I had the guy that went the extra for the previous comment) but the don't accept cash payment n for some reason wouldn't accept my credit card. So I had to go out money on my card but wanted a different cc to make the auto pmnt for the unit. When I finally got back I put part of the pmnt minus like 20$ I was putting on my cc....well again for some reason it wouldn't accept my cc. So I would have to go put more money in a card which also costs money....and I needed to move my stuff immediately. So my stuff sat outside all night, I got no sleep watch to make sure it didn't go walking down the street. It would have bn nice to have bn able to bring the 20 in the next day or something. Instead I wasted 2 hrs n when I had her do the partial pmnt on the card I added money to it withdrew the money lol so I've partially pd for it.... now I'm hoping that I can just take them 20$ n b done w it...

Excellent facility out by the Spokane airport. The office staff were extremely helpful. Of course it is never cheap if you want to store your things, especially if they big like Rv or cars.....but that is price for fully enclosed units---which is what I want and need.

Good three month entry special, responsive staff, secure and clean entry and grounds...just half a star off as the storage space layout and siding plus the metal parts of the rolldown gate removes a good few inches of packable area (not a huge deal, but I'd call it just shy of the 10x12 description) -- either way definitely glad we went with DSS Spokane!

It's the price for me

The fact that they have to cut the price in Half Upon move-in says a whole lot! The price of the unit that I got should actually only ever cost about half as much as the actual price for instance they charged me $60 for 6 months for a small unit and then they're going to bump it up to a hundred and thirty-four every month after that I hope I don't need it for longer than 6 months cuz that is ridiculous

Everything i owned had rat poop and pee all over my clothes ttowels sheets etc and for $120 a month i had to throw away most of my belongings due to there rat infestation !! If you use this place... You need to put everything in a plastic box with a LID!!!! Unhappy in Spokane!!ЁЯШб

Nice facility but full of hidden fees

It’s a nice facility, but the advertised price of $33 turned into about $67 after the unadvertised fees, and I really felt extorted. There was nothing I could do, I needed the storage unit. It is a nice storage unit facility, though.

Really easy access at a good price!!

They have a deal going on for a 10/10 for 65/mo for the first six month, it’s the most affordable of the storage facilities in the area + you have 24/7 access. isn’t it crazy? On top of that they have a we care program, that if your car battery needs charging, or a tire pop etc, they come and give you a hand. I recommend the place for someone in need of some extra space for stuff you don’t want to loose or to get damaged by weather.

At first, I tho it would be a hassle to get into a storage unit. But ended up being a really smooth transition. 70$ a month for the first six month for a 10/10 it’s actually better than it sounds, specially in times like this that it’s hard to leave stuff out side without anyone putting it in their truck bed and run with it.

Happy we chose this place to store my daughters stuff during the COVID-19 lockout of the students. Clean facility. With only one employee working, it took a little longer to get signed in and paperwork completed due to busy time.
