Clean, easy to find, Manager was very helpful.
The place was easy to find. The manager on duty directed me to the parking spot for my pickup. Where I parked my pickup is close to the gate, which is a big plus. I am quite sure my pickup will be safe there.

Customer service and access hours
Customer service is exceptional. I left my number and asked to be called if the access hours changed along with the COVID restrictions. Immediately after the access hours changed. I was called and given the requested information.
I do wish access hours were changed still to be later in the evening since my unit is a parking space for my boat. Sometimes i do not get out of the water until late and if I miss the access hours I have nowhere to store my boat.

The girl who helped me was super friendly. Had a nice little chat during my move in appointment. She was pretty busy but made a point to make all her customers smile. My day was pretty rough at the start and she totally cheered me up. Even when one customer started to be a jerk she maintained a professional attitude and didn't let him bring her down.

Storage units are virtually all similar. This one is secure and the units are kept clean. What sets Public Storage in Puyallup apart from all other storage facilities is STEVEN. His customer service is top notch. Thank you Steven for your help throughout our moving/storage process. Go Raiders!!
