Easy to complete fast and simple great for those in a hurry and 24-hour
What simple easy and fast especially in a hurry payments were accepted quickly and information was sent as soon as payment was complete unit was available access to right away overall customer service was great and the fact that they're available 24/7 with the most convenient part and it was clean prepared and accessible.

Yes i would highly recommend Rocket self storage.
Rocket self storage is awsome self storage.this remotely managed business is great.It seems to work out perfect.I had a storage unit here before Rocket took over and the way it s ran now is awsome.It s clean self storage unit.The system to rent a unit is very easy and they are very helpful A

Exactly or better than advertised.
For once, what they advertise is actually why you get. No bait and switch terms after move in. Orderly convenient online process, simple check in procedures. Clean and security in place. You have relieved stress and worry and I can leave the storage to you and doing life for me. Thank you.

24 hour access & reasonably priced
It makes me a little bit nervous that everything is all remote access so there's no physical person on location to provide that extra secure feeling that should anything happen someone's got your back. But it's really clean, reasonably priced, and when I first got there after being all worried that I hadn't gotten the chance to buy a secure lock and only had a dial lock like the ones I used in high school gym, I opened my unit and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had provided a brand new lock in the packaging waiting for me just inside the door. It was honestly a really nice touch that I really appreciated.
I was a bit disappointed today when I showed up really early in the morning with a car load of stuff to find that because sdg&e were working on something in the area the gate wouldn't work. But that's more on sdg&e than rocket. I just wish Rocket had informed me prior to the shutdown.

Very happy!
I love that the facility is 24 hours. That is my biggest selling point. That part is so important & valuable to me. I also love that we were surprised with a brand new lock & key, inside of our unit, when we arrived. The units are pretty spacious & nicely built. The property was very clean as well. It's also worth noting that there is a dumpster on site, which is a huge plus. Past facilities that I rented from, did not have any trash cans or dumpsters on site & this was a HUGE pain in the ass.

We like the fact that we have access to our belongings 24 hours a day
Everything is done on line we never had to see anyone. We paid with our card, received the gate code via email and we were in. Great!
