Great over all experience with this great company. Staff was quick to attend to our emergency needs of needing a storage unit. Wonderful and accessible.
wonderful staff and units. StorIt Plaza has the most hours of accessibility of all other storage facilities in Visalia, CA. The price is great and Sparefoot quoted me a price that was not current but StorIt Plaza not only honored the quoted price but gave me a 12 month contract at the lower price. I actually only pay half of the normal rate for this size unit. And they have a moving truck available to use upon move-in at no extra cost except the fuel.

Great service, Great location, Excellent Value
I usually don't leave reviews but the service I received from Kendall was excellent. I walked in early not realizing the location wasn't open yet and she was more than happy to sit down and assist me. She got my reservation taken care of quickly and was so helpful! The location is great and the security is top notch. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean and secure storage with great service!

Great customer service.
I came here and was immediately welcomed. I didn't feel any pressure to buy additional insurance and they gave me a free lock to use. They also have bathrooms that customers can use anytime gates are opened. They made me feel welcome and their storage units were cleaner than any I have seen before.

Great storage facility!
Customer service was great! The facility is clean and secure. I also used their rental truck to move my one bedroom furniture & queen size bed. The truck was a new model that got great gas milage. I will reccomend Stor it to all my friends and family.
