Amazing All Around
Super quick with the paperwork and showed me the units and helped me find the right one! I forget her name but it was this past Saturday and she deserves a promotion and a raise! Units are clean facilities and clean and for the price thatâs cheaper than the 893 other places around it! Canât beat AAAA!!!!!

Great facility, conveniently located in the Kempsville area. The facility is easily accessible and can accommodate large vehicles throughout the property. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Hours for access cut off at 9pm and could be an inconvenience for some. Overall this is a great property that I would recommend to anyone.

Went in on Saturday morning when the young lady recommended that we look at the space before we do all the paperwork... Looked at the our already reserved space and saw that it was too small... Upgraded to the next size... Happy we went and looked before because when we returned with all of our belongs the office was closed... Great experience thus far...

A GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE SO FAR.
From the initial contact by onsite personnel to the point I started utilizing my unit, it has been a great experience. Everyone I had met was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about their facility. I was well informed and no question was left unanswered. I am glad I chose this location even though there were other storage facilities closer to my residence. If you are looking for a site to store your belongings give these good people a visit.

Friendly and accommodating staff
The employee who checked us in was very new. Although she was very friendly got mixed up on her information about the provided services and times of the moving truck. Also, she forgot to give us our free month in the system, so it looked like we had not made a payment on our storage unit and we were locked out of the property two days after moving in. Everything was fixed by another employee, so no harm done, but more training needs to be given to the new employees. Great experience otherwise!

Amiable and Efficient
The staff (working at the location I went to) seem to be very nice and willing to work with you in order to meet your storage needs. Jessie (in particular) was great; he made sure to take the time to explain everything I needed to know about the rental process/storage unit, on top of filling out/filing away both my AND another customer's paperwork in a timely manner. The facilities is extremely clean, and entries to the storage units are free and clear of any/all debris.
I was also thankful for the pricing of the unit. (since I'm working with a tight budget)

Employee had door locked at arrival. Opened to let us know the manager would be back soon, it was really hot out, then locked us out again! (myself, mom, two kids) She drove off in the golf cart, returned, then let us in and set up all initial paperwork. She was very short with me and not at all friendly until paperwork was finished. It was weird.

This is my second rental from this company. I looked at other facilities jut knew I wasn't going to be satisfied. I like the climate controlled units. Other facilities do not have this type in my area.

PLACE CLEAN. ..CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE
This facility is very clean and nice. The assistant manager really doesn't not have the customer skills, manners or savoy to conduct business with others. She had me completely full out my paperwork after asking my last name and when she gave it to me, it was someone else's who had the sane name. Due to her not confirming my first name she unapologetically handed me the paperwork to do all over again and to transfer my unit because it was also the wrong size which also changed the price that was given to me. During this time she showed no concern for HER inconvenience whatsoever. Furthermore, during this time several customers came in and she did not in anyway acknowledge them at all. No. ..I will be right with you. ....NOTHING! After seeing this, if I had the time to locate another storage unit, I would have. Place was clean and nice, unit was clean and nice size. Customer service experience was terrible.
