Convenient and secure
As having to use a storage facility for the first time, I am very happy. All the way from the paperwork to being shown where our unit was, everything was easy. I feel safe at the facility and the hours to access your unit is very convenient. I would definitely recommend using Discount Mini Storage in Vero Beach!

I looked all over Indian River and Brevard county to find the best unit to fit my needs and believe me this is the very best storage facility in our area. easy access to units
It is a nice facility but with a couple issues. I had to sweep out the unit and on the website it states 10% veteran discount but was told the manager/owner had to approve it. Time will tell if my credit card statement reflects the discount.

My budget needed a rescue
We had a storage unit in Weston, FL (Fort Lauderdale area) of the same size we rented with Discount Mini Storage here in Vero Beach. They kept on increasing the price to the point we could no longer afford to store my mothers belongings. Discount Mini Storage to the rescue. We got an outside unit that fits our budget. Call us happy. Great folks, too.

Quick Easy Move In
We needed a parking space for a commercial box truck immediately as we reside in an HOA neighborhood where they are not permitted. Discount Mini Storage Vero Beach is conveniently located with easy access to Interstate 95. Their rates are very competitive, and the staff is pleasant & very helpful. Good for what I need.
I suddenly needed a temporary storage unit. This was the cheapest I could find for a 10'x10'. They have both drive-up storage and A/C units. The place seems clean but "well loved". All the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location is out by I-95 and you need to have renter's insurance. Though they can provide you insurance for a fee.

Great price. Friendly people. Almost a disaster
I completed all of the paperwork online in preparation for an early arrival on move-in day. But upon arrival, my code did not open the gate. Was almost late to our cruise in Miami as a result. Had to borrow a code from a kind tenant who happened to be on site. Code did not work when we picked up our RV five days later. Office was closed for lunch when we returned, so no help there either time.

the person who showed me my unit was very polite friendly and engaged in her customers needs
over all the only concern was the price the unit i had prior to this 1 was cheaper by almost 20 bucks so imagine me needing a larger 1 nope i wont be able to do it ...young lady who helped me was very customer service oriented and it was closing time .... she deserves a raise with out a doubt

Had an amazing experience with this company I dont use storage units often but when I do I prefer Discount Mini Storage.Tina was very helpful with paperwork and rates I will say better customer service than most hotels I have been to and I travel often.I will most certainly recommend this Business to a friend and plan to store here whenever the need arises in the future.
