awesome service and very accommodating
awesome service and very accommodating. price and gate hours are good. lots of cameras which settled my nerves on my stuff being safe. very clean inside and outside of storage units. the only thing I would suggest is to oil or grease gate. it squeaks and it is an awful noise. other than that. perfect place to store your belongings.

Initially I had a good experience when I first walked in the store, the gentleman behind the counter was on a personal phone call and took several minutes for him to acknowledge me. After we got off the phone and got to work right away on getting my order taking care of getting my paperwork done and showing me my unit.

Best Customer Service!!! Joey did a very good job of setting up our two units.
What sets him apart from all others is his follow up on how our move went and also he provided a heads up call to everyone that the bills are coming due soon! When I complimented him on this he said, "It gets expensive when you're late and I don't like to see that happen to people."

Saved my Life !!!!
I had sold 2 places. Moving from Florida place to Ohio for the summer. On the way to Ohio, my place in Ohio sold. So I had 2 moves to make. Having a place to store my things in Florida saved me.
