Unprofessional
The website states “contactless move-in” and “rent online, skip the counter, and go straight to your space” so I completed everything online and attempted to stop by the front when I first got to the property only to find the door locked and the lady working there could see me but didn’t open the door or even bother telling me to wait so I went to my car and proceeded to the gate since I had my code and unit number already. Apparently this was a mistake as the lady in the front then decides to come to the door to very rudely tells us to drive our car back to the front that she didn’t know how we were even back there….. she was so rude and very unprofessional. Refused to give me her managers name or number or how to contact him. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back or renting from this place

Expecting Good Things
So far the customer service was awesome, very easy to talk to. Great location, looks clean and reliable. Not the absolute cheapest but I believe it will be well worth costs.

Fantastic!
Much nicer than the folks at Public Storage. Process was easy, everything explained clearly. So glad I was able to get the size locker I needed and it's less than 5 minutes from my new home at Bay Village.

Great management, clean facility, smoke free
I felt my possessions were very safe at this facility when previously renting from Anchor Storage; the management team is very helpful, and the price good, with the discount at the time, really helped. I'll be using this storage company again as it was a very good experience. Locked gates so not just anybody is coming in this facility which is good.

Friendly staff and very helpful. willing to work out a deal with me if I need an additional unit, so I can save $$$.
Quiet location and indoor units, while not climate controlled, are very well protected from hot sun. Recommended.

The manager went above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome.
The manager came out and greeted me, very respectful about social distancing yet very friendly.
He handled all the paperwork in a safe way. Walked me through how to access my storage and showed me around. He was extremely kind and polite. I really appreciated it.

The manager is so so Nice!!!
The facility is very clean and conveniantely located right off Curtola Parkway in a good neighborhood. His customer service skills are 5 ЁЯМЯ ЁЯМЯ ЁЯМЯЁЯМЯЁЯМЯ along with friendliness. He is definitely there to help you when you need it most. I was in and out of there with the entire process done within 5-10 minutes including padlock, boxes,tape and the truck for my move.
