The sliding door by one of the side entrances was busted, and it seemed like it had been there for a long time. However, the person running the front desk was good about explaining all of the billing and the policies that they have here. I know it's standard for these kinds of places, but it does bother me the way that they advertise that it costs x amount per month for a unit and then tack on a bunch of separate fees in the actual billing

My check in was quick and easy. They have a strange lock requirement but the unit was clean. I have a good location so pleased with that.

Overall good experience new building but our unit is a good distance from the entrance and we definitely could have used a cart or dolly during moving but it was not available.

$18 increase and not temp controlled!

Based on all of the good reviews we went with this facility back in August. We’ve rented a climate controlled unit but the exterior door at the end of the hallway doesn’t shut. I’ve noticed this a few times. My husband mentioned it on 10/27 and the front desk rep said “isn’t there a piece of wood against the door?” So they know about it, and choose not to actually fix the issue. On top of that we got an email that they’ve increased the pricing by $18/month. Just a heads up! Still waiting on an answer about that too…

Why won't you accept my insurance coverage from State Farm?

Staff is friendly, but for some reason having an issue getting you to accept my State Farm insurance homeowners policy. State Farm covers my personal property anywhere in the world, but having a hard time convincing you of that fact.

Great storage facility

Easy to access my unit yet had trucks are an issue trying to find one to haul my stuff to my unit so it was a challenge the second time I used my unit...otherwise I have no problems with my unit or the facility whatsoever! Very friendly office personnel who assisted me with all my questions! I would Def recommend this storage facility to my family and friends!

Not very friendly office staff

The facility is is fine for parking my RV . I found that the two people you have working for you where not very friendly at all ! It seems they had some kind of private joke between them and had more to say to each other than to me .. I had to leave and bring back paperwork that I needed and they where no better latter that day with friendliness.. I asked to see the space I was renting and it seemed to be a problem to show me .it was a parking space ! She did finally show it to me . But I could tell she didn’t want to .. takes very little effort to be friendly and neither where not friendly I at all .. my time is up in June and I will move my RV then .. no one wants to feel like they don’t want your business..

We needed storage as we ready our home for resale. This location was minutes from our home. It was not only convenient but we found it to be reasonably priced. There was only one other storage facility that was cheaper ($25) but we thought the convenience of its location made up for that. I met with 2 of the staff (2 separate occasions) and they were both very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to others.

I needed to find a storage unit quickly. I wanted climate control because the items I wanted to store could not endure outside weather changes. I found this unit online. It was easy to apply and a good value as well.
