I needed a storage unit on short notice...

I needed a storage unit on short notice for cheap. I called their customer service number and was pleased with the price. Within a few a minutes a customer service representative from the store called me and confirmed the details and the price. She didn't have any openings until the afternoon but I was very short on time, so she assisted us immediately. As soon as I showed up she was very helpful and provided me excellent service. I recommend this location and will go back there if needed in the future.

The staff have always been great. Management is very customer friendly and responsive. The only reason I am moving out is due to moving to a different city. I have kept my goods in this unit for over a year now without any issues.

Excellent Customer Service

Gee is the property manager we worked with in securing a storage unit recently. He is courteous and knowledgeable of the services provided by the facility. He walked us to our unit so we could inspect it and asked if it would suit our needs. He explained all of the paperwork and walked us through the signing of each point. He took the time to go through the entry code procedure after the paperwork was complete. Another customer came in while he was working with us and he was polite and told the customer he would be with him shortly. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Gee is personable and helpful. I will recommend this facility.

"Gee" has been very professional and very friendly when I've been in the office. He remembers my name every time which tells me he pays attention and sees me as a person not just another "unit #" or rent payment. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone who wants peace of mind that your belongings will be in good professional trusting care!
