I have only rented the unit. I have not started using it yet.

They were very helpful. Sometimes they are busy onsite and you have to wait for someone to come to the office to provide support if needed.

First time ever using storage and I'm pleased

It's true this is not a service-oriented business. Storage doesn't require much hands-on work by staff so they often aren't around. But there's a national number where someone always answers, they've make most everything available on the web site, and when I've had a question, the folks have been more than helpful. I'm pleased.

Went to move in and the office was closed

During regular business hours. I had no clue how to get in and had a truckload of stuff with me. No one went over any paperwork. No one could find the manager to see why the office was closed. They said upper management would call me back. Never did.

It was closed when it was supposed to be open

It was closed when it was supposed to be open (and that change wasn’t posted anywhere). But luckily it was easy enough to figure out. It was clean and had carts available that made it easier to move luckily.
