It's ok

There was water in the unit. Facility was closed when we arrived on 1/1. We called the place and realized that it was technically a holiday, oops, called "emergency #" on the sign, but it went straight to voice mail. We knocked on multiple doors and finally the resident "gatekeeper" came to unlock our unit. She was very accommodating and nice.
