Pretty nice for a first time storage user

The only thing is that one of the elevators didn’t work which was closer to my storage unit but that was because someone broke it. Nothing against the staff or company

Third floor storage was so easy to access with the flat carts they provide had no trouble moving things. They also have more than one access point so no traffic

Carts none for customers to use

Maintaining carts is a problem .there has to be A better way to control carts customers tend to keep them in the storage rooms for whenever they come back. Public storage has the same problem u have 8 then you have 2 and the people keep them in their storage. Others get a cart and sit in the truck doing nothing while your waiting for them to use or finish. That’s ridiculous.now you have three levels no way you can carry your items.another example people have a uhual and holding on to carts while they stack all in the elevator. Carts should be kept in office hold a credit card if they don’t bring them back charge them for it hold drivers license something needs to be done

Easy to locate, access, and very clean.

This is a great storage location although this is admittedly my first time using a storage. The only down side is that I am in the second floor and only one elevator was working when I moved in.
