Had never used a storage place. Jodi was completely thorough. The place is very clean, laid out well and easy to use. Didn't know you had to buy insurance when there, though.

Overall good; be aware of other charges

The facility was new and very nice. I got a great unit on the first floor. Online stated all I had to pay to move in was $1.00 for first month & admin fee of $24, but there was a $20 lock I HAD to buy and insurance of $11/month if your home owner's doesn't cover contents. Plus the pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. So, I ended up paying about $60. The other thing that I did not agree with is they tried to sell me a $10 container of DampRid because they've had a problem with mold! First of all, its a new building so why do you have mold already?? At any rate, if you have mold, that's YOUR problem, not mine; don't try to sell me overpriced DampRid -- just give me some!
