i would recommend Public Storage
i would recommend Public Storage . I got a inside storage and it is very clean inside and I like the security of cameras and having codes to get in the doors.
The storage in Pearland Tx -- CHAMELE THAT HELPED ME IS EXCELLENT SHE IS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND KIND AND I NEEDED THAT BEING SO TIRED FROM THE MOVING.

While the staff was polite
While the staff was polite, the online registration was misleading... it did not reflect the mandatory lock buy @ $11.00, (I brought my own lock). Online, the statement said that for $1.00 rent for the 1st month, and a 'administrative fee' of $24.00 was all I needed. I ended up paying over $50.00, mandatory lock and insurance fee, this needs to be stated. I even did the express registration, and when I came to the office, it was still not complete, even though, online I completed all questions asked.

Briana and Daniel were super friendly and had an enormous amount of knowledge to assist me in choosing the right size unit. They turned a horrible day into a great one full of laughter. Will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a place for storage. The place is super clean and offers any item you may need for boxing up items.

They were very personable and had knowledge of the units available and were able to advise me of what should meet my needs. I've lived in Pearland for 7 plus years, I've had countless experiences good and bad. At this particular office I stopped by inquiring about information on a unit and I was very happy by the service that was provided by Briana. She was very patient, and informative to all of my questions and concerns. The office was well organized. She provided the best customer service I've had in my experiences guaranteed.
