Great customer service

When I seen the storage I had was an upper storage. I called customer service to request a lower one. They did not have any available, But while I walked around I found on the was perfect. I called and it was available the rep transferred everything over to that unit. I could not have been more satisfied.

Some good and not so good points

I like the streamlined operation but I needed to ask a human being questions and I didn’t like the fact that I could not do that. Also, the facility was somewhat clean but there were/are massive cobwebs that I must clean out meaning spiders. Are there other pests that I have to be concerned about? Just thinking about that and not sure I will be here long.

I was very nervous about purchasing a storage. The online process was so easy. Customer service representatives were very kind and helpful. It was very simple to operate everything at the kiosk. I was pleasantly surprised. The experience so far has been seamless.
