The facility is nice

First time renting from Cube Smart. Location is great for us near medical center. Wish they had carts inside the storage building this is challenging when coming after hours to move large items. Customer service was good need to put be right back sign up. Came twice each time worker out on property but no sign to say be right back only knew they were there because of 1-800 number rep.

Getting access was easy and the staff was friendly. Go in with your own lock and key; all storage places try to upsell you on expensive locks as well as things you probably don't need like "de-humidifiers" for your space. You can politely decline all that stuff.

Customer service is better than you would expect when you go into a business like this.
